The LPP® will not settle a claim without your written consent.

Predecessor Firms:
The LPP® can provide coverage for predecessor firms subject to underwriting discretion.

Coverage for Innocent Partners:
The LPP® will not exclude coverage for insureds having no knowledge or reason to suspect any criminal, intentionally wrongful, fraudulent or malicious act or omission took place giving rise to a claim, if such insured did not also participate in such act or omission and the LPP® was notified in a timely manner. (NY only – criminal conduct never covered).

Loss of Earnings Coverage:
The LPP® policy will pay up to $500 for actual loss of earnings for each day the insured is at trial, court-ordered hearing, arbitration or mediation at the LPP’s request, up to $5,000 per claim and $25,000 per policy period. This coverage is not subject to the policy’s deductible and will not reduce the policy’s limit of liability.

Disciplinary & Licensure Defense:
